TY 80 Restoration - Finished
Latest pic of our TY80 We will leave the tank and and other paintwork to keep the price down, for now. £495.00 ( NOW SOLD )
TY 80 Restoration - Quick refurb
We have dug out one of our Yamaha TY 80's. The bike is not standard but started 3rd kick and sounds sweet. We have stripped it down to the frame and will re-assemble the bike cleaning and restoring as we go. The monoshock conversion looks to have been done professionally so are leaving it alone.
RD 400 Restoration - Progress So Far
The fuel tank and exhaust we have been fitted, after 2 days cleaning and polishing. They are not new and have a few marks but are in nice original condition. We are using these if we are to keep the finished price nearer £3000 than £4000. It is looking realy nice now and catches everyone's eye while it's parked in the shop. We should have finished restoring more parts soon (bead blasting, plating, painting etc) and will post progress again next week.
