Jim's Harley 1250cc -

I have managed to get some time in on Jim's 1250cc big bore conversion this weekend and its running! I drained some oil from the sump and spun the engine over with out plugs first, topped up the oil fitted new plugs and ran it on a fuel bottle for a couple of minutes. The oil and filter were then replaced and I will run it again when the tank and exhausts are fitted.

Yamaha YZF-R125 -

Wheels and engine and a few other bits fitted. Everything gets some "Wurth anti corrosion spray" as I fit it.  Wiring harness going on: I can't remember that many wires when I stripped it!

Yamaha YZF-R125 -

We have a 2008 Yamaha YZF-R125 with less than 30 miles on the clock! The bike was bought new in 2008 with the intention of making a 125cc track bike, the owner never finished the project and we have bought it with the intention of preparing it for the road again, then offering it for sale. He rode the motorcycle from the shop and round the block then stripped it down. He has had the rear sub-frame removed and a new smaller one, to fit a race seat, welded on. Wez Bike -

Its done!, the pictures were taken on the Z-Power stand at the Stafford show. The seat was covered in sheepskin by Colin Wilcox (but he says he wont own up to it if asked)  I piped up a "napalm flame thower" through the centre of the Minigun exhaust and added "Nos" to the inlet manifold. A "Pipe bomb" was added to the fairing along with some crossbow arrows.  Wez's dog tag was fitted to the seat release, at this point Dave arrived to transport the bike (and stopped my imagination getting the better of me).
